Nutrition is a need for our physical bodies and way to maintain its functionality on the physical energy level to perform tasks, actions, also live a fully active lifestyle that enhances our fullness on wellness. One’s individual wellness does not just fall into the food eaten it also comes along side creating, stabilising a sustainable way to maintain it at an optimal level as a whole process each and every day. Food seeking behaviour has to be looked at creatively with new way of seeing how and why you need to make the changes and keep them in place.
 
Your individual wholeness ,wellness also includes key aspects such as emotional, social, environmental and spiritual levels of how and why one consumes food and affects the mind and physical body.
Balancing the energy that is needed to operate the physical body needs to be addressed with its partnered expenditure of nutrients and minerals that are needed for the organs to carry their functionalities at their highest best possible output depending on lifestyle and activities.

Neuroscience behind a metabolic energy equilibrium is that it’s not only is the food we take in, other factors have to be addressed also.
The effect on the central nervous system, digestive health, brain function, and nutrient distribution, it is a interwoven way of how our bodies operates, just a car needs regular services and good fuel to allow it run at best levels possible, so to our bodies.

The control of energy balance is one of the most highly evolved and integrated, complex functions of the body. Small minor changes (hormones, chemicals, nutrients) have a huge part to play inside our physical bodies as a whole. The major control centre of the body is the brain. Essential organ to nourish, feed, nurture and look after in all ways from mental health and emotional stability.
Certain foods we intake have certain chemical reactions, hence creating a balanced environment in the stomach and digestion tract are so important.
My personal lived experiences from adapting a high level of physical fitness (martial arts, wholesome diet, mindfulness) has allowed me to acquire and share with clients to provide them a best way to fully re-write their relationship with a acquired physical fitness, lifestyle and way of eating a wholesome diet, what works for them also on a soul level.
 
From how ones body can react to different forms of exercise, food intake (intermittent fasting), sleep, mindset and motivation to get optimal outcomes. Our bodies are one big pharmaceutical factory digesting, eliminating, distributing, nourishing every part of ourselves.  Mindful eating is a great way to start and be more consciously aware of what we eat and its impact on us and how we operate.

With a extensive background of physical fitness such as (Martial Arts, Active sports, Pilates, Strength Training since as I was young through all my adults years, I have truly aspired to a healthy sustainable lifestyle with maintaining this as one of my top priority in my life no matter what situations I have faced in my life as it presents itself.
The innate focus of Martial Arts, it has delivered and allowed me to access a depth of myself I never thought possible…. My mind was limited to what I was exposed to and who I allowed into my life.
This was the catalyst of anew journey I promised myself also to walk others through their own journey in a new way of inner resilience to permeate through themselves and the people around them.

My lived experiences through years of dedication, determination, acquired knowledge being a Holistic Practitioner  applying all these capabilities and precision into my life as I incorporated a Life Mentor to move through what I needed to evolve within all atributes of self. As I navigated a wholesome living life in a Holistic way of truly living each day with sharing my lived experiences and expertise in this area.

Having a background consisting of more mindful concepts with nutrition and organising life to optimise the full internal compass, knowledge and intelligence of how the human body can function when implementing a whole new psyche, mindset with the Nutritional aspects applied of life.

OUR MOST VALUABLE ASSET IS OUR PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, and SPIRITUAL WELLNESS in today’s society with the  pressure to confirm to step outside of what our bodies secretly whispers to us, is costing us our TIME, MONEY, INNER PEACE, PERSONAL EVOLUTION in our lives right NOW.

I create a personalised program to each client wanting and willing to move through this space of stepping up all levels and aspiring to walk with them on their fitness and wellness pathway also development. What I have personally experienced  being with this embodied way reaching this space and a Holistic living. I can personally recommend to you what has worked for myself, and other clients I have worked walked with allowing them to gain full confidence, respect, incorporating a full tailored fitness routine or program integrated with a whole new mindset and personal strength that is honoured, that lays waiting to be ignited.
